• Ad-hoc investment analysis and operating partner services.
• Advisory on SME acquisition or sale processes, restructuring/turnaround and strategic plans or any M&A aspect.
The team has worked with a wide range of capital partners (hedge funds, private equity firms, credit funds, family offices and HNWIs) having invested and managed more than €700m in several event-driven and distressed/opportunistic corporate or asset investment opportunities across Spain and Portugal.
Current geographical focus: Spain, Portugal and Poland (Real Estate Investment) and Spain (Sector-Agnostic SMEs).
