We starten samen een één op één begeleidingstraject, organiseren trainingen, scholarships, bijenproject of helpen bij het oprichten van een Community Group met meerdere vrouwen uit één dorp.
Geen standaard hetzelfde programma voor iedereen, maar echt afgestemd programma op de individuele persoon of de vrouwen.
We gaan samen inventariseren en onderzoeken wat iemand nodig heeft. Wat zijn mijn kwaliteiten? Wat zijn mijn valkuilen? Wat wil ik doen? Wat heb ik daarvoor nodig? Ze krijgen support op maat om uit de startblokken te komen en opvolging om door te kunnen blijven gaan. Wij geloven erin dat iedereen uniek is en daardoor ook recht heeft op begeleiding op maat.
