Strategic Operations Consulting
Since 2012, I've worked with senior management teams to multiply their strategic knowledge and operational effectiveness by translating what they know needs to happen into plans their teams can actually execute and accelerate into action.
I work with three types of leaders:

Unlike accountancy-based consultancies, I don't start with models and margins; I start with strategic knowledge and operational capability.
I specialise in turning strategic thinking into executable action through 1-1 coaching, structured workshops, and interim leadership roles. Whether serving as Chair, Interim CEO, or Strategic Advisor, my role is to multiply leadership effectiveness where it matters most.
