El grupo gastrovínico STRATOMILLE, fundado en 2013, nace con el objetivo de transmitir la filosofía gastronómica de la familia Spoladore, a partir del éxito de su primer restaurante fundado en 2008, y tomando como punto de inicio la zona de España con mayor influencia de la cultura mediterránea: La Costa del Sol.

En 2015 obtuvo, además, la exclusiva en la distribución a nivel nacional de la bodega privada más importante de Italia, Astoria Wines.
Actualmente, el grupo posee las marcas de Yucas Mare, alta gastronomía mediterránea junto al mar; Mar de Copas, un beach bar donde el verano es eterno; La Pala d’Oro, mítico restaurante lleno de amor por la cocina tradicional italiana ubicado en Málaga y Benalmádena pueblo, y La Pala Now, cocina italiana de alta calidad.
The gastro-wine group STRATOMILLE, founded in 2013, was born with the aim of transmitting the gastronomic philosophy of the Spoladore family, from the success of its first restaurant founded in 2008, and taking as a starting point the area of Spain with the greatest influence of the Mediterranean culture: the Costa del Sol.
Gastronomic diversity, quality ingredients and innovative cuisine based on Italian culinary tradition are the main pillars that support the success of the group, which has grown exponentially in recent years.
In 2015 it also obtained, also the exclusive nationwide distribution of the most important private winery in Italy, Astoria Wines.
Currently, the group owns the brands ‘Yucas Mare’, Mediterranean haute cuisine by the sea; ‘Mar de Copas’, a beach bar where summer is eternal; ‘La Pala d'Oro’, a well known, famous restaurant full of love for traditional Italian cuisine located in Malaga and Benalmadena town, and ‘La Pala Now’, Italian cuisine.
