We can't divorce strength from health and we can't divorce movement from health. SiM is a unique blend of strength and movement principles to optimise human health and well-being. We remove the barriers to training and being healthier by ridding the studio of grunters and posers. Utilising time honoured and endlessly researched strength training protocols we weave these into the timeless principles of evolutionary human movement patterns to create the most effective and efficient human training philosophy, Strength in Movement.
Our goals are to ensure everyone who touches SiM has the tools to significantly enhance their understanding of how to train their body, when to train and how much to work, recover and fuel. We do this through a series of regular educational workshops and presentations to ensure every member understands where their “Why” and the SiM “How” converge.
