One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in your body and customizing a stretch routine that is just for you. Prior to joining StretchLab, .each of our Flexologist team members complete the first Nationally Accredited program from ICE (Institute for Credentialing Excellence). The Flexologist Training Program consists of 70+ hours of knowledge tests as well as hands-on training. The curriculum includes a comprehensive study of the muscular system, a variety of assisted stretches, & candidates refine their stretching technique in a group setting by working with a variety of clients of all ages and body types.
