Sub-Four is a reference to running a mile in less than 4 minutes. Prior to May 6, 1954, this was thought to be impossible. Roger Bannister thought differently. Against all odds and expert opinions, he knew and showed it could be done. He was the first person to run a mile in less than 4 minutes. Doing things that had not been done before – that is his true legacy. As it turns out, when he broke through a previously impenetrable track-and-field barrier, he taught all of us what it takes to break new ground.

As used herein, the terms “Sub-Four” and “Sub-Four Capital” refers to the group of companies, and not one specific company, except when used in connection with a specific product or service such terms refer to the separate legal entity that provides such product or service.
