SustainTour is an Erasmus+ project that aims to bridge the gap between the tourism labor market and Vocational Education and Training (VET) offerings in the Western Balkans, specifically in Albania and Kosovo. The project introduces the new occupational role of the Sustainable Tourism Advisor, who will support tourism and hospitality SMEs in becoming more sustainable, socially responsible, and digitally advanced.
