SYSCOEdu (Systematic Coaching for Education) brings a new feasible platform where “mentors” - experienced PhD students give rational mentorship for “mentees” - international students in the UK (from ethnic groups).
There are various sessions via:
1/Initiating Scheme - mentee recognises and treasures his/her core values;
2/Inspecting Scheme - mentee becomes a “special guest/ viewer” in a mentor’s event;
3/Involving Scheme - mentee works on a larger scale and contributes to the (non-)local communities.
