So we often think about what we stand for and what makes us what we are:- The go to for business training advice and training for the small start-up community.

Most crucially facilitators who are real entrepreneurs in their own right, QQI accreditation, we have an Internationally Accredited educational Q.A. (institute of Leadership and Management) This means a TalentPool session has a facilitator fully armed with all the knowledge, skills and attitudes to deliver stellar assistance to small start ups
