Target performance and health email format

Target Performance and Health (Target PH) provides bespoke, evidence-based nutrition advice, body composition analysis and educational seminars to optimise the performance and health of individuals, teams, sports clubs and organisations. There are two strands to Target PH: ‘Target Performance’ - for athletes and sports teams/clubs looking to maximise their training and competition with nutrition support and body composition analysis. ‘Target Health’ – for individuals looking to improve health and organisations wishing to optimise workplace wellness and productivity. Target PH was set up by Dr Liz Mahon. I have a PhD in Nutrition and I am a registered nutritionist with specialisms in public health and sport. For over a decade I have worked as an academic and practitioner in both these fields as I have a passion for improving the health and fitness of the general population, as well as working with athletes. As an athlete myself, I love sport and want to help people reach their goals and potential. I decided to set up Target PH to offer a service that would allow me to work in these two areas. Due to my career in academia and research, my practice is evidence-based and all advice and plans are bespoke and tailored to the individual’s or group’s goals and requirements. I want to help clients cut through the wealth of nutrition information out there and understand the dietary strategies that will work best for them.
