The independence of our search from reliance on documents submitted by customers ensures that no transaction is missed out, whether it's mentioned in the narration of the deeds submitted by customers or not.
In addition to our flagship product, the DPSR, we offer a range of services that include legal opinions from lawyers, physical vetting of original documents submitted by customers to the bank, extraction of certified copies from sub-registrars' offices, document pick-up and delivery, and lien marking. All of these services can be connected via APIs to your Loan Origination System (LOS) or availed by a frontend provided by us, providing you with full flexibility in choosing your use case and at what point in the customer journey you would like to implement our solution, partially or in full.
