We are a bunch of digital nomads specialise in start-ups’ finance business partnering, with a passion and determination to support early-stage start-ups with their pre-seed to series A capital raise. This includes assisting with business plans, financial projections, business valuations, financial due diligence, and mentoring.

Pre-Fund Raise - Helping to prepare all necessary financial and non-financial information to raise required capitals that include mentoring & financial due diligence.
Post-Fund Raise - Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting with expert recommendations.
