Hello, I am Debra McGhee! I worked a Human Resource professional and leader for over 25 years. Over my career, I had the opportunity to coach hundreds of people managers and leaders within small, medium and large organizations, through the people challenges they faced.
And I saw first hand what happened when managers didn't know how to effectively tackle challenges when they bubbled up. Impacts that effected the manager, their employees and the Company.
My experiences along with my passion to coach led me to developing coaching and training solutions with today's people manager in mind. My goal is to help managers gain the confidence they need to face the challenges that will arise and know how to do it effectively. And more importantly, learn what they can do to minimize or avoid those same challenges in the future.
