This proposal will include limited Hand Rendered drawings, as well as a detailed cost estimate and time frame for completion. Our estimates will include WCB numbers, our Insurance information as well as tax information. Payment options will be provided at this time as well. ➌ For Decks estimated over $20 000 a Second In home consultation will be provided to ensure that both parties are on the same page before signing of contract. For all decks we provide unlimited meetings during the deck building, and do NOT charge a premium for changes during the building process. ➍ Once the contract is signed and the proposal is agreed upon a tentative time frame will be provided.
