The EX Project is a business founded out of the desire to ‘do culture change better’ than a lot of the ‘done to’ programs that seek to support sustainable mainstreaming of efforts or foster ownership for culture in your business.
Since launching in 2018, we’ve built and refined a transparent and structured approach to culture change.
