Founded in 2016 by Occupational Therapist Kait Cummins, we’ve grown into a multidisciplinary service supporting children and families through:

Our approach is rooted in six core pillars of healthy development: movement, real food, love and connection, quality sleep, time in nature, and free play.
No two sessions look the same—because no two children are the same. Therapy might mean scaling the rock wall in our purpose-built gym, rafting a river in Harrietville, or cooking lunch with peers in a group program.
It’s interactive. It’s trauma-informed. It’s deeply rooted in neuroscience.
And it’s designed to help grown-ups embed game-changing strategies into daily life.
