The Walters Method (TWM) is an innovative way to free the mind and see with increasing clarity how to be; how to deal with difficult emotions and how to find purpose and feel fulfilled. It offers tools that can be used at times of challenge and uncertainty or as a daily practice.
TWM is a body-based psychotherapy focusing on felt sensations that does not require the client to talk about their issues.
TWM can be taught to clients in short course (normally 3-to-5-hour long sessions) and gives them the means to heal past trauma. It transforms thoughts, feelings and memories that affect mental health and cause emotional distress.
Our team of 10 accredited and regulated practitioners have been delivering TWM (previousy Focussed Mindfulness) for 7 years. It is evidence-based and we are a trusted and effective provider, working with local councils, the NHS third sector organisations and corporate clients.
TWM is now a memebr of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and we have the ESG-mark.
