It was developed by a PhD candidate in cognitive neuroscience, who translated findings from lab studies into a digital tool that supports users when they need it most. The app has been tested in research studies and designed with real-time usability in mind—ideal for students, professionals, and anyone who struggles to get started on important tasks.
