Elise Mireille combined her 12 years of professional hip-hop choreography, performing and teaching experience, along with 8 years experience in therapy for her own battle with depression, to create her own unique method.
Since 2019, T.O.D. has expanded and launched in Auckland, New Zealand, where the dance classes are co-piloted by Jordan Malthus and Grace Ko.
Not only that, but T.O.D. has created FORM dancewear in collaboration with designer Hannah-Lee Jade, T.O.D. IN CONVERSATION, a global podcast normalising wellbeing and produces branded collaborative events, too.
