So bringe ich Denkstrukturen in Bewegung und schaffe die Grundlage für nachhaltige Veränderungen in Organisationen. Das Kernstück ist dabei der Debriefingprozess mit der angeleiteten Überführung der Erkenntnisse in die Organisationsrealität.
Damit am Ende mehr bleibt als eine nette Zeit und "nur" ein Spiel.
Mir ist dabei bewusst, dass ich mit Erwachsenen arbeite, die verantwortungsvolle Jobs haben und ich traue dieser Zielgruppe entsprechend viel zu und nehme die Gruppen ernst und in die Verantwortung.
