✔️ Accelerating a design thinking innovation project covering a rare disease - by matching a well-known design thinking firm, and a biotech start-up from San Francisco, with medical key-opinion-leaders (KOLs) in Europe. This project turned out to be critical for positioning and market access in these European markets.
✔️ Helped a big pharma company successfully win 2 major (4 year long) regional/national tenders for their pediatric vaccines - and this mainly thanks to Real World Data (RWE).
✔️ Launched 10+ products.
✔️ Guided a medical device company towards the re-design of a medical device such that they could capture a new emerging and unexplored market worldwide.
