Over the last decade of my career, I've been fortunate to build and lead teams at some of the top technology companies in the world. From my early days in enterprise sales at Google and Dropbox, to my journey at Uber Eats leading an SMB sales organization of 100+ sellers, to my recent experiences as VP of Sales at Toast, Snackpass, and as co-founder at Blue Truck, I have developed a unique perspective on what works and doesn't work when it comes to leading and scaling GTM teams.
