Wayne uses meta-coaching principles combined with the Whole Brain Thinking® process and HBDI® to assess the Thinking preferences and communication styles of individuals, pairs or teams.
In the HBDI® debriefing session, Wayne coaches individuals, teams, and Corporate leadership to identify opportunities to align and maximise their combined Whole Brain Thinking preferences, thereby significantly improving individual and organisational effectiveness and productivity.
