As a workshop facilitator, she creates an engaging and fun environment where the learning is tailored to the needs of the group. She utilizes over 18 years of extensive experience facilitating groups of global executives, in multiple industries, on their strategy projects, and builds upon that experience with the principles, processes, and frameworks put forth by Columbia University and the International Coach Federation.
