Program Manager, Leadership Development
CurrentAs a Program Manager, Leadership Development on Delta’s Global Leadership, Learning & Development (GLLD) team, Holly helps accelerate the execution of programs and strategies to meet Delta’s growing demand and commitment to developing and growing their leadership pipeline. Holly is responsible for leading the design and execution of the enterprise leadership development strategy, collaborating with divisional learning leaders to create a cohesive approach to achieving Delta’s strategic priorities through leadership development. Holly also oversees new leader development across the organization which includes end-to-end oversight and coordination, including communicating with participants and their leaders, coordinating contracts with third-party vendors, executing leadership assessments, working with the GLLD Design Team to develop the learning experience, and tracking overall program effectiveness through evaluation surveys, data collection and analysis. In addition, Holly leverages data visualization to tell the impact story to various stakeholders and senior leaders.Holly serves as subject matter expert for numerous GLLD initiatives, advising on topics such as coaching, values, communication, leadership accelerator journeys, emerging talent initiatives, and more. She stays connected to her work and its impact by regularly facilitating in leadership development programs, workshops, and trainings.
