Trekkers UK is a grassroots community organisation dedicated to improving the mental, physical, and social wellbeing of Black and other global majority individuals through nature connection and outdoor adventure. By breaking down barriers to outdoor participation, we not only promote diversity but also foster confidence, resilience, and provide culturally sensitive nature- based solutions to improving mental wellness. We are reshaping the conversations around mental health and the great outdoors.
