TRIKALON DAIRY FACTORY - TRIKKI S.A. was founded in 1960 by the Agricultural Bank and the Union of Cattle Breeding Unions of Western Thessaly.
It was established on 16/11/2012 resulting from the conversion of the "joint venture of associations of agricultural cooperatives of Trikala - Karditsa SYN.P.E." in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 19 of Law 4015/2011.
The name is borrowed from the Homeric name of the city of Trikala, Trikki.
The primary goal was and remains the maintenance of high quality standards at all stages of production, which is also confirmed by the product quality and hygiene certificates: ISO 9001-ISO 22000 (HACCP).
Exclusively local Greek milk from cooperative producers is processed, which is collected daily from livestock units in Western Thessaly certified for the non-use of genetically modified animal feed.

The technological equipment is the most modern and its operation is based on the most sophisticated application systems in the industry.
The mechanical infrastructure and installation of an integrated system for monitoring critical parameters and food safety is at the highest levels.
