In the same way, the employee needs to think of the external forces when they decide to accept a new opportunity. How will it affect their personal life? How will it affect the commitments they have outside of the office? Does the new role require a change of location?
At Triple Edge Solutions, we think of all aspects of the agreement to make sure that it suits all parties. If the agreement does not benefit all parties today, it will end up not suiting any of the parties in the future.
