ADMISSION GUIDELINES
Based on the academic record and the performance of the candidates in the test and the interview, the Departmental Selection Committee will recommend the names of candidates found suitable for admission to the PhD programme.
After the approval by the Director, the candidates will be admitted to PhD programme subject to final approval by the Alagappa University

TSM DOCTORAL PROGRAMME
Candidates with Post Graduate Degree (First Class) in Management or related subjects are eligible for enrollment in the Ph.D. program (Refer Alagappa University Guidelines). The Institute offers Full-time as well as Part-time Ph.D. Programmes. The candidates can undertake a PhD in Accounts & Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing & Strategy, or Operations & Supply Chain Management.
