Im Oktober 2021 startete TUDFaCE ein Pilotprojekt zur Fachkräftesicherung durch qualifizierte Zuwanderung. Das Projekt bezieht sich derzeit auf 8 ausgewählte Referenzberuf (Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeug- und Feinwerkmechaniker, Lagerlogistiker, Technischer Produktdesigner, Pflegefachkraft). Das Berufeportfolio wird kontinuierlich erweitert.
