Monitor delivery progress and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, signatures, and any delivery discrepancies.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding delivery status or issues.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety protocols, and delivery practices.
Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a delivery or logistics role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
