• 1923 - Established as a one-man business by George A. Tyson.
• 1940 - Changed name to George A. Tyson and Partners.
• 1946 - George A. Tyson elected the Mayor of Nairobi.
• 1960 - Incorporated as a Limited Liability Company in the name TYSONS LIMITED.
• 1972 - Demise of Mr. George A. Tyson
• 1976 - Merger with Habenga Corporation to form Tysons Habenga Limited
• 1985 - The Company’s name reverted to Tysons Limited.
Currently, the company is owned by six directors and other professionals who are fully qualified real estate consultants and are all working on a full-time basis in the firm. We have branches in Mombasa and Kisumu Counties. We specialize in:
