The joint stock companies Sensum Grupa and UGN form a multisectoral holding, which is a share owner in a number of companies founded more than 25 years ago – coinciding the regaining of independence of Latvia. Most of the companies are related to the construction industry. The largest construction companies in the holding are Arčers Ltd, Arčers SK Ltd, Road Construction Company Binders Ltd, Woltec Ltd, RECK Ltd, Limbažu Ceļi Ltd, Aizputes ceļinieks Ltd, Transparence Ltd, SAFE Ltd and others, which are partly of wholly owned by the holding.
Outside of the construction sector, the holding implements a multidisciplinary investment policy and has been successful in developing information and technology brands such as Aerones, Files.fm and others.
