Het UNC-ZH is een universitair netwerk van het Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC) en ouderenzorginstellingen in Zuid-Holland. Het verbeteren van de ouderenzorg in verpleeg- en verzorgingshuizen is ons uitgangspunt.
