La nuestra empezó en Athens - Texas, con Fletcher Davis, más conocido como Uncle Fletch, donde siendo alfarero de profesión, se le ocurrió una comida diferente e innovadora para sus compañeros de trabajo... Tomó carne picada sazonada con especias y la colocó dentro de dos trozos de pan con verduras frescas y una salsa picante, ¡Creando así la primera hamburguesa!
Siguiendo el legado de Fletcher Davis, en la actualidad servimos hamburguesas y cervezas artesanales en un ambiente a todo el estilo texano, con música rock & chill. Every story begins with a person and a passion... Ours started with Fletcher Davis, as known as: Uncle Fletch, in Texas, where, being a potter by profession, he came up with a different and innovative meal for his coworkers... He took spiced minced meat and placed it inside two pieces of bread with fresh vegetables and a spicy sauce, creating the first hamburger!
Carrying on the legacy of Fletcher Davis, today we serve artisanal burgers and craft beers in a Texan and friendly atmosphere, with rock & chill music. We also organize Beer tastings, Poker Tours, DJ sets and more events are to come, so stay tune on our socials!
