I know that obstacles to being fitter are more than just knowing what to do - it’s building the healthy habits into your life. It’s about finding balance- which feels pretty incredible.
My own interest in wellness increased after dealing with a health problem and finding that prioritizing my health resulted in more energy to play with my kids and get things done, more productivity at work, a better night’s sleep, and worrying less.
I know that change feels hard, but it is worth it.
