• Behavioral Skills Training: Evidenced-based behavioral interventions designed for a fast-paced medical care environment.
• Collaborative Care Registry: Designed to support and streamline CoCM workflows.
• Research and Evaluation: Ongoing studies to refine and expand integrated care models.
