As impartial independent inspectors, we will assist you were necessary to facilitate the most cost effective and timely repairs by working in unison with your in-house maintenance team or designated remedial contractor. On completion of the works, we will issue you, the client with all of the following information in digital PDF format including the Observation Report, EICR (Certificate) and DB schedules.
