Wellbeing through Work’s In Work Support Service offers free and confidential support for individuals who are in employment (or self-employed) and are struggling at work or on a period of sickness absence with a muscle or joint problem, or a mental health issue such as stress, anxiety, low mood or depression.
Our team of professional NHS Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists can provide rapid access, tailored support to help you manage a health condition in work or successfully return to work following a period of sickness absence.
Our In Work Support Service also enables us to work with local SMEs to deliver Workplace Health Programmes tailored to meet the specific wellbeing requirements of your business. The In Work Support Service is made possible by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. There is no cost to employers or individuals to access the programme.
Mae Gwasanaeth Cefnogi yn y Gwaith Lles drwy Waith yn cynnig cefnogaeth am ddim a chyfrinachol i unigolion sydd mewn cyflogaeth (neu’n hunangyflogedig) ac sy’n cael anawsterau yn y gwaith neu ar gyfnod o absenoldeb salwch oherwydd y canlynol problem gyda chyhyr neu gymal, neu problem iechyd meddwl fel straen, pryder, teimlo’n anhapus neu iselder.
