Wellness Inventory is an online, whole person wellbeing program designed to help individuals gain insight into their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The program offers guidance and tools to transform this new awareness into sustainable lifestyle and attitudinal change, resulting in improved overall life-balance, enhanced personal wellbeing, and a greater capacity for optimal living.
The program includes a whole person assessment (in 12 dimensions of wellbeing), personal wellbeing and motivation profiles, dynamic action plan integrated with a virtual coach wizard to support small steps for continual improvement in specific areas of high motivation, email reminders, progress trackers, a personal journal, targeted ongoing reassessment, and other key tools and resources to support people on their wellness journey
The program is based on the work of wellness pioneer John W. Travis, MD, MPH, who opened the first wellness center in the US in 1975 and created the paper version of the Wellness Inventory as a whole person intake for the center's clients.
The Wellness Inventory is licensed for applications in employee wellness, healthcare, the military, college curriculum, student wellness, faith communities, wellness centers, spas, and wellness coaching.
The Wellness Inventory Certification Training, has been delivered to professionals from over 30 countries, training them to be skilled facilitators and wellness coaches using the Wellness Inventory program with individuals, groups and organizations worldwide.
