CrossFit West Houston started up in 2009 and most of our coaches were athletes or coaches before that. So we have the knowledge, experience, background to help you reach your goals.We offer a great community and nurturing, supportive environment that allows you to be come the best, strongest person you can be.
We pride ourselves on having the best coaching and coaching staff around. We ensure that you are getting the right workout for you, your goals and your fitness level. We can support you on diet and exercise, as well as proper movement and injury re-hab and pre-hab.
