We offer end-to-end support and this includes preparing information memorandums, tender documents, advice on loan structures and reviewing terms & conditions from funders. We negotiate terms including interest rates, fees, security suites and covenant packages. Will be by your side throughout the entire lending process enabling speedy financial close.

We advise on acquisitions or exits and support you with business case modelling/development, feasibility studies and board presentations. We work with companies across the UK, Europe and MENA.
