The program at White Oaks is designed to provide opportunities for residents to maintain a sense of purpose and belonging throughout the seasons of dementia. We focus on abilities rather than limitations because we understand that as we age our heart’s hopes and desires do not.
This $12 million expansion project was developed on four acres of land next to the Heritage Woods of McHenry assisted lifestyle community. Together, the communities provide a wide continuum of care for older adults.
