Woomer works with or without data network or WiFi and supports 18 languages in offline mode (no restriction for online) effectively encompassing majority (~80%) of the world population. It also supports free voicemail and Read- -out-Loud articles and news. These features are missing from other platforms and makes Woomer attractive for users all over the world.
The primary target segment is not technology savvy, not fully literate, may not have good data connectivity and may not have other meaningful alternatives. The secondary target segment is technology savvy, have good data connectivity and are literate, but find texting cumbersome compared with voice.
