In subsequent years, 3 related businesses - ComplyIndia, Simpliance Technologies and labour compliance business of Allsec Technologies - were acquired and integrated into Aparajitha establishing clear technological and market leadership.
Expanding its presence and capabilities, Xcelerate acquired a strategic equity stake in Stirrup in April 2024, India’s largest provider of integrated and sustainability reporting solutions. This was followed by an investment in Gieom in June 2024, a well-regarded player specializing in operational risk management for the BFSI sector. Most recently, in December 2024, Xcelerate acquired a strategic equity stake in Carisma Solutions, a leading Australia-focused provider of business services in financial, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Through these investments, Xcelerate is steadily emerging as a global leader in the ESGRC space, integrating market presence, domain expertise, and technological innovation to deliver impactful and scalable solutions.
