Yarok Microbio has developed a breakthrough new technology for fast detection of dangerous microbes (E.coli, Listeria, Salmonella, etc.) and of Plant Pathogens for agriculture and the entire food supply chain. Uses include fast testing of finished products, raw materials and/or the production environment.
Yarok system uses proprietary reagents & bio-analytical software to be used with affordable off-the-shelf laboratory equipment.
Yarok received the 2017 Award for Agribusiness Innovation by UNIDO, the UN Industrial Development Organization, and in 2019 was named a Top 5 Disruptive Innovation by IFT, the Institute of Food Technologists.
