Zaman içinde Aydın – Ortaklar ve bütün ege bölgesinde bu ürün geleneksel ve lezzetli bir yemek haline gelmiştir. Çöpşişe lezzetini veren en önemli unsur etlerin takıldığı kargının ete verdiği aroma ve lezzettir.
