He started at Marshall Reddick Real Estate with their Private Lending Department as an intern where he received the Rookie of the Year award before being promoted to Associate Analyst and finally to the Investment Analyst | Underwriter position where he successfully originated over $100 Million in loan volume. Obtaining his CA Real Estate License in 2021 and Mortgage Loan Originator Endorsement in 2022, he added to his underwriting acumen by completing the A.CRE Accelerator Financial Modeling Course in 2024. Today, Mr. Byrne works as an Associate/Underwriter at ROC360, leveraging his experience in the industry to help the credit team mitigate risk for their end buyers of nearly $4 Billion worth of originated first lien debt.
