Part of the Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) programme office to ensure operational readiness in freighter conversion ramp-up. Primary duties include working with various functional groups to develop budgets and plans. Spearheaded the digitalisation efforts and built Tableau dashboards to evaluate key performance metrics and monitor financial position. Supported strategy planning cycle including 5-year strategic plans and annual budget cycles. This includes alignment and integration of information from respective businesses into a coherent presentation for senior leadership and external stakeholders. Past experiences include planning for both local and overseas exhibitions. Managed all aspects of exhibition planning, including logistics, vendors, staffing, and budgeting to ensure smooth onsite execution and delivery of event. Was put in charge of a $3 million P2F engineering work package to ensure delivery of target outcomes on time and under budget. Defined budgets, deliverables, milestones, and allocated resources and successfully negotiated timelines and terms with customer to achieve more efficient working arrangements.

Took ownership of stress analyses and demonstrated continued airworthiness for the world's first expandable aircraft lavatory through novel finite element modelling and classical methods. Delivered presentations to aviation safety authority panel experts and successfully defended the structural integrity of the lavatory design and structural test methods.Responsible for the development of A320 Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) maintenance programme. Completed damage tolerance analyses to ensure continued airworthiness for the P2F design solution.

Accomplished a self led project which entailed the design of a new aircraft seat armrest, complete with recline mechanisms. Performed stress analysis on new seat structure to ensure that it is structurally sound and resistant under abuse loads with use of Finite Element models.

Voluntarily extended National Service to assist in the commissioning of the SAFARI Weapon Locating Radar (WLR) as part of the Singapore Artillery's 3rd Generation Transformation. Hastened the deployment duration of the WLR by 20% by revising manpower allocation and deployment procedure. Wrote the first version of the operator's manual and standard operating procedures while strengthening the training, operating, and maintainability of the new equipment.
